Terms of Service for ShieldLoom

If you reside outside the EU, EEA and Switzerland ("Europe"), these Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and ShieldLoom ("ShieldLoom", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Services including the ShieldLoom mobile and web applications, websites, APIs, tools and related features.

By installing, accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Collection, use and processing of personal information is described in the ShieldLoom Privacy Policy. You agree ShieldLoom may process personal information as outlined therein to provide and improve the Services.

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, ShieldLoom grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Services on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

You shall not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify or create derivative works of the Services or any part thereof except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

ShieldLoom may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, upgrades, enhancements or technical support. Availability of support may change at any time.

You warrant all information you provide is accurate and you have rights to provide it. You shall not:

• Use the Services for illegal, harmful or offensive purposes.
• Exploit the Services commercially except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Breach, overload or interfere with networks or infrastructure.
• Transmit malware, unsolicited advertising or infringing content.

ShieldLoom may suspend or terminate usage without notice for violations. Report abuse to support@shieldloom.com.

The Services are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. ShieldLoom and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except the limited license explicitly described.

You are solely responsible for content you submit. You agree content will be truthful, lawful, non-infringing, not defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate, and free of malware or harmful code.

ShieldLoom may remove content at its discretion. You grant ShieldLoom a worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content solely to operate and improve the Services.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Your use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShieldLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or loss of data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Services. Your exclusive remedy is to stop using the Services.

Certain features may be provided free up to usage limits. Network, internet or carrier charges may apply. Payments processed via third party gateways are subject to their terms; ShieldLoom is not responsible for gateway errors or failures.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. ShieldLoom may terminate them and your use of the Services at any time with thirty (30) days' notice, or immediately for material breach. You may terminate by uninstalling applications and ceasing all use.

ShieldLoom may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party. You may not assign rights or obligations without prior written consent.

The Services may automatically download and install updates. You consent to receive such updates which are part of the Services and governed by these Terms unless accompanied by separate terms.

ShieldLoom may modify these Terms or the Services. Material changes will be notified via app, site notice or email where appropriate. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of competent courts in Gujarat, India for all disputes, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
